Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na organizaci a hospodaření Moravskoslezského a Středočeského krajského úřadu. Součástí práce je popis a komparace organizačních struktur obou úřadů. Je zde také popsána ekonomika vybraných krajských úřadů se zaměřením na výdaje na činnost – krajského úřadu a jejich porovnání. Prvním cílem bakalářské práce bylo, zhodnotit obecné předpoklady a praktická řešení organizačního uspořádání vybraných krajských úřadů. Druhým cílem bylo, zhodnotit hospodaření vybraných krajských úřadů za období 2011-2015 se zaměřením na personální a provozní výdaje.The bachelor thesis is focused on the organization and management of the Moravian-Silesian and Central Bohemia Regional Authority. Description and comparison of organizational structures of both officies are part of the thesis. Thesis also describes the economics of selected regional authorities with a focus on the expenditures on the running of the regional authority and their comparison. The first aim of the bachelor thesis was to evaluate general assumptions and practical solutions to organizational system of selected regional authorities. Main Factors for the Application of Logistics Management within the Organizational Structure of the Industrial Company

Import 02/11/2016Logistický management je relativně nový, ale prudce se rozvíjející obor. Výrobní i obchodní firmy musí promítat požadavky logistického managementu do svých organizačních struktur. Činí tak mnoha různými způsoby v závislosti na řadě faktorů, které organizaci logistiky ve firmě determinují. Jde přitom nejen o "tvrdé" faktory (branže, ve které firma působí, její velikost, samostatnost či holdingová sounáležitost, fáze firemního rozvoje atp.), ale také o faktory "měkké", počínaje kvalifikací personálu v oblasti logistiky a konče celkovou firemní kulturou. Cílem práce je popsat a kategorizovat především zmíněné tvrdé faktory a navrhnout odpovídající modelové postupy implementace logistického managementu do firemních organizačních struktur. V rámci případové studie je pak jejich uplatnění konfrontováno s dopadem faktorů měkkých.Management of logistics is relatively new but fiercely developing field. Production and also trading companies must reflect the needs of management of logistics in their organizational structures. They do so by various means depending on many factors being determined by the company's logistics organization. This does not cover only the hard factors (field company works in, size, autonomy or holding affiliation, company development phase, etc) but also wide scale of soft factor including personnel qualification in logistics or entire company's corporate culture. The aim of the thesis is to describe and categorize especially the hard factors and design adequate model procedures of implementation of management of logistics to the company's organizational structures. V teoretické části práce je do detailně rozepsána charakteristika firmy E-TECHNIK s.r.o. a pozice firmy v konkurenčním prostředí. Na vysvětlení základních pojmů spojené s tématem konkurenceschopnosti a strategickou analýzou navazuje praktická část bakalářské práce, která za pomocí strategické analýzy zmapuje firmu E-TECHNIK s.r.o. Z výsledků strategické analýzy jsou pak vyvozeny závěry, které mají firmě ukázat možnosti ke zlepšenému postavení v konkurenčním prostředí, což je cílem bakalářské práce.My bachelor's thesis is about competitive strategy of E-TECHNIK s.r.o. company. Posouzení stávajícího stavu oběhu vybrané částí dokladů v prostředí velké organizace, konkrétně vystavení faktury. Analýza se týká především organizací, kde vystavení faktury zajišťuje všeobecná účtárna na základě podkladů z jednotlivých organizačních jednotek. Administrativní pracovník organizační jednotky vytvoří požadavek, vedoucí tento požadavek schválí, pracovnice všeobecné účtárny na základě shváleného požadavku vystaví fakturu nebo požadavek vrátí k dopracování. Popis procesů, zavedení procesu do informačního systému organizace. Cílem analýzy je zefektivnění procesů velké organizace prostřednictvím informačního systému, využití informací a zrychlení oběhu dokladů.The Assessment of the Current State of the Circulation of Selected Parts of Documents in a Large Organisation, Particularly Issuing an Invoice. The analysis deals mainly with large organisations, where an invoice is issued by the chief accounting office on the basis of information supplied by particular organisation units. A worker in an organisation unit creates a requirement for an invoice that is sent to the chief accounting office after having been approved. Here an accountant issues an invoice or sends the requirement back to be completed if some information is missing. Process Description, Introducing the Process into the Information System of an Organisation The analysis aims at making processes in large organisations efficient through information systems, exploiting information and speeding up the circulation of documents.

Evaluation of Financial Management Efficiency of Emergency Unit FRS CR

Bakalářská práce „Zhodnocení efektivnosti hospodaření Záchranného útvaru HZS ČR“ ve své teoretické části popíše vznik a historii Záchranného útvaru HZS ČR, jeho postavení v rámci Hasičského záchranného sboru ČR, základní legislativu, strukturu a činnosti, pro které byla tato organizační složka primárně zřízena. Bude popsán způsob financování a blíže rozvedeny příjmy a výdaje této organizační složky státu. V praktické části bude zhodnoceno hospodaření, analyzovány a graficky znázorněny příjmy a výdaje Záchranného útvaru HZS ČR za období 2009 – 2016. Následně budou popsány a graficky znázorněny investice do stavebních úprav budov Záchranného útvaru HZS ČR v dislokaci Hlučín a vývoj výdajů na energie spojené s provozem za období 2009 – 2016. In practical part it valorizes economy, analyzes and graphically illustrates revenue and expenditure of the Rescue Unit of FRS CR in years 2009 – 2016. Then it describe and graphically illustrate investments for building adjustments of the Rescue Unit of FRS CR in Hlucin and the development of energy costs associated with operation in years 2009 – 2016. Cílem práce je popsat kalkulaci jako nástroj pro stanovení ceny výrobku a náklady spojené s jeho výrobou. V práci je navržena aplikace metody standardních nákladů.Bachelor thesis deals with analysis of expenses and evaluation of present state company Minerva Boskovice (JSC) calculating system. The goal of the thesis is to describe calculation as an instrument for determination of product price and expenses associated with its production. In the thesis is designed application standard costing method.
